    Hi Kshitij, congratualtion & thanks for starting this blog that can help the VLSI Enthusiasts get a know how on how the industry works...

    I would appreciate if you can throw some light on differences in Short circuited nodes & stuck@ Nodes. Do we have any fault model for Short Circuited nodes as well? Thanks..

    Also about the Controllability, Observability & Testability... Can you tell me the optimal use of how to check for a circuits controllability & Observability for complex or very complex circuits?

    What are the other tools that are used for DFT Techniques apart from JTAGer? Thanks
